Lessons from Arnie

Here's a classic clip and word from the wise from Arnold's star-making performance (as himself) in Pumping Iron.  I highly recommend watching this movie whenever you get out of shape and need motivation to get back in the gym.

I still have no idea how this guy of all people can become governor of the largest state in the country by being a meathead and barely able to speak English.  Only in America.
