I'm begging the Democratic Party not to continue to encourage MSNBC hack Ed Schultz to run for the US Senate from his home state of North Dakota. Yes, it sucks to lose a good man like Byron Dorgan after serving so many years in the Senate doing a good job and honoring the American people. I know having a high profile guy like Schultz is initally good for momentum but come on, the guy is a hack and is unqualified to be a US Senator. I beg you not to put your time, money and effort behind this fat dull hillbilly idiot. The only good thing to come out of it if he does run and wins, he'd be off the air and hopefully MSNBC would replace that 6pm time slot with a quality host and then again, Schultz is a progressive and would back Obama's plans (which is something I like). Then again, it's not that bad but I really can't stand the guy and this country needs to stop electing celebrities to office. I still can't get over that they've elected two actors from the movie
Predator (Arnold Schwarzengger and Jesse "The Body Ventura)
. The guy I can't stand yet feel way sorry for is Norm Coleman. This is the guy that lost the governor's race to Jesse Ventura back in 1998 and then lost his own US Senate seat to Al Franken. I wouldn't be surprised if he's nowadays popping Xanax like cough drops. Yes, Coleman is a tool and a hack but losing two big races to celebrities is almost a bigger crime.
Oh, yeah. Did you know that Ronald Reagan was once in a movie with a monkey?
This country needs to get off its star-fucker mindset.
