Killing The Beast

Friends,

I still keep getting e-mails from my supporters about whether I retired from stand-up or not. I did not retire. It was an April Fool's joke. I announced it last week but people still keep asking me if I was for real or not. Some of you saw me last week at the Improv mouth off to some people yelling that "I'm done with this bullshit" but I just put on this act that I had to convince everybody of my retirement or the prank will fall flat like an a-cup bra. I have to admit it was funny to see my comic peers talk me out of it like I was about to jump off a bridge or drink cyanide. This prank snowballed and it turns out I was really good at it because people still believe me.

I know that I created a beast but I'm now stabbing the beast in the heart to kill off this vicious monster that I created.

I'll be back on stage sometime next week. Expect an e-mail from me begging you to support my sorry amateur hour ass.

Thanks again for all of your support and I hope to see you lovely faces in the crowd soon enough.
