I tried watching two minutes of Elena Kagan's Senate hearing but all it is is a bunch of Southern hick Senators grilling her for being a smart overachiever that went to good schools. Can we just confirm her and move things along already? She's good to go. Enough with calling her an elitist because she's a Jewish girl from New York that opens books and obtains knowledge from them. It's amazing to see Senators Jeffery Sessions (R-AL) and John Kyl (R-AZ) make her look like some monster that kills babies and hates Jesus along with our military. All they're doing is pandering to their white uneducated lower-middle class male voters that despise people from the North.
These Senate hearings are just awful to watch and sad to see our tax payer dollars go to waste to produce cheap political theater. Oh, yeah I can't wait until they talk about abortion. Always a predictable but fun topic to watch.
