GTL

I'm obsessed with the new term GTL that Mike the Situation from Jersey Shore created. GTL stands for Gym, Tan, Laundry. He nailed it on the head about how to get it done right before you go out. I've always had a similar pattern on days that I know I'm going out on that particular night. I prepare almost all day like the true semi-metro that I am. I caught myself yesterday doing GTL all at one time. I was getting sun on my balcony and doing push-ups and pull-ups on my Iron Gym while I had a load of laundry in the washer and another load in the dryer. I was GTLing all at one time. I've never been a great multi-tasker but GTL just might be my thing. I was impressed with myself to say the least. I went out last night and was on point all night. I got some digits and felt great all night. Mike the Situation got it right and for that I have to give him props.
